This morning, Brothers Kip Adsit, Jack Flaugh, and Art Hoffman of Crawford Lodge 234 attended the Multi-District Membership Engagement Committee Meeting hosted by the Grand Lodge of PA at the Scottish Rite Cathedral in New Castle, PA. Aproximately 60 members from various western PA Lodges attended.

The presentation was delivered by Steven R. Shimp, PM, Chairman of the Membership Engagement Committee for the Grand Lodge of PA. The meeting aimed to provide local Lodges with strategies for growth and member engagement. Topics of discussion included future planning, revitalizing events, engaging current members, and generating new member referrals.

The meeting was highly beneficial, providing significant insights for reflection and future action by the Lodges.
